Trade Parts Business Development Specialist

PH Impetus is an established, successful and growing automotive consultancy and business services provider supporting vehicle manufacturers.

Working in teams on behalf of a significant global vehicle manufacturer these roles require individuals to provide leadership in the implementation of key initiatives, support business development, customer retention and best practice processes across a network of dealers.

Trade Parts Candidates will need to have a comprehensive knowledge of the parts trade sector and preferably franchised dealer parts operations.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
The ability to add value and improve performance
A clear understanding of best practices
Excellent communication, inter-personal and analytical skills
Flexible approach to work – a self sufficient, self starter
Education ideally to degree level
PC Literate
Previous / current experience of working as a manager, preferably in a regional role, for an aftermarket supplier, parts factor, franchised dealer group or vehicle manufacturer would be an advantage.
