Trade Parts Field Manager, Fixed Term 2 year contract

Our highly prestigious client, a premium motor manufacturer is seeking a Trade Parts Field Manager to work on a field based basis across the United Kingdom, with an occasional requirement to visit their Head Office in Bracknell, Berkshire.
This interesting and challenging role includes increasing Group and Dealer trade parts turnover and profitability in line with business objectives. You will understand end customer requirements in independent mechanical and body repair sectors in order to identify potential. Another task within this role will be to analyse key trade parts data and communicate the trade parts strategy and its main elements. Development, implementation and training of dealer staff and pilot dealers involved in trade parts to ensure full effectiveness of programmes will also form part of this role. You will also monitor key competitors on an ongoing basis in the independent mechanical and body repairer sectors to provide competitor intelligence.
Key skills for this role include experience of the motor industry, ideally gained within Aftersales. You will possess in depth knowledge of the dealer network, coupled with an understanding of either trade parts or accessories. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate, negotiate and manage effectively at all levels. You will also require a full clean driving licence for extensive travel throughout the UK.
