Trade Parts Regional Performance Coach (11116sb) OTE £46k Essex Area Very well respected manufacturer are looking for a graduate educated field sales manager to work with 10 local dealerships to develop trade parts sales. The role: · Through the management of 10 sites ensure that the Trade Parts division performs to or is in excess of its budget. · To define and deliver measurable business improvement in all areas relating to the role of Regional Sales Manager. · To work with the Trade Centres to deliver the required business growth objectives. · To ensure that the costs for each Centre are in line with the agreed budget. · To seize opportunities to improve key performance indicators. · To liaise with the Trade Centre management to ensure their ‘buy-in’ and co-operation with the Trade programme. · To act as an ambassador representing the manufacturer.
