We are currently looking to recruit Training and Development Consultants specialising in Dealer Principal and Line Manager Development. We ideally seek an experienced manager in the motor industry with a flair for influencing performance improvement and a passion for coaching others. Experience in delivering traning would be a distinct advantage.
We are also looking to appoint additinal Training & Development consultants who have knowledge in the following disciplines; sales, After-Sales, Product.
Designing & delivering training solutions for quality brands in the automotive retail market that delivers behavioural change at the workplace in order to achieve Measurable Business Improvement. Introducing and applying latest thinking in Learning & Development which inspires individuals to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in their respective field. You will also be highly credible and command a strong ability to influence at all levels.
You will work efficiently at a fast pace and have a flair for influencing.
