Training & Development Manager
Location: Calcot, Nr Reading
£55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
As the Training & Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, implementing and delivering the training and development strategy for the Official Porsche Network in line with both operational and department budgets.
Reporting to the General Manager, in this key leadership role, you will manage extensive resources, both internally and with outsourcing partners, to ensure effective day-to-day training delivery in line with business needs. Your key responsibilities will include developing a suite of training & development programmes that support the Official Porsche Network in delivering the core skills required in the day to day running of their businesses. You will also develop, implement and manage the Mystery Shop programmes in alignment with key performance areas of the business together with the management of the project planning and implementation of training required for the launch of new vehicles and products.
Extensive experience in managing a training & development department for a multiple site is essential. The ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve service excellence while driving change is also a must along with proven skills in managing and developing supplier relationships. You will also need to be a proactive and progressive thinker able to make a strong contribution at a strategic level coupled with strong results/profit focus.

We are seeking a talented Product Trainer in this exciting, highly visable opportunity to assist in the development and delivery of the Product Training strategy for the Official Porsche Network.
You will research, develop and deliver Product Training courses together with updating Product Course literature. Plan and develop a calendar of Product Training programmes for the Official Porsche Network and third parties ensuring that budget requirements are met. You will also be investigating and implementing any government funded initiatives.
With the drive and credibility to identify and deliver product training solutions and influence development opportunities, you'll enhance the possibilities of training and development in one of the most prestigious brands in today's market. You will need to demonstrate good judgement, highly developed analytical and decision making skills for working on complex business strategy objectives and an ability to develop strong and substantial partnerships.
