Training Manager – Paragon Fleet Solutions
Paragon Group was formed in April 2005 by a small team of seasoned professional leaders from the volume vehicle processing and logistics sector and has been growing significantly since.
A significant part of the Group is Paragon Fleet Solutions based in North Oxfordshire. The business specifically provides extensive services on behalf of vehicle manufacturers and acts as a vital part of the process to generate vehicle sales. All aspects of managing captive fleets and delivering the brand experience through every customer touch point is what the organisation specialises in.
There is a vacancy for an experienced Training Manager reporting to the Managing Director. This newly created position represents a unique opportunity to join a vibrant fast moving organisation and contribute to the success of a team with still more ambitious plans for the future.
You will have an energetic ‘can-do’ attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for detail. As well as being personable and approachable you will have the capacity for significant workloads and a passion for developing an Organisation through its people.
Your principal responsibilities will be:
· Manage all aspects of training within the organisation
· Assess relevant training needs for all staff
· Liaise with functional/departmental managers to fully understand their particular functions’ training and development needs
· Liaise and work closely with all customers (especially vehicle manufacturers and importers) to ensure their training is made available and delivered to relevant Paragon staff
You can expect an annual salary of circa £35,000, with a package commensurate with your experience and the challenges this role will bring.
