We are seeking a Training Project Executive to work on a 12 month fixed term contract based at our prestigious motor manufacturing clients Training Academy near Reading, Berkshire.
The job purpose is to support and manage training projects and events within the Technical and Aftersales areas of the Training Academy. You will also manage the day to day running of the Academy operations including invoicing, vehicle fleet, facility utilisation, asset management and reporting.
On a day to day basis you will:-
Support the Training Managers in delivery of new training projects and events. This will include working with various business partners to define training required and provide agencies with project briefs and work requests for new or amended training. You will also ensure training projects are co-ordinated and effectively monitored, together with having the responsibility for communications based on requirements both internally and for the dealer network.
You will hold responsibility for the monitoring of KPI's and SLA's for services delivered by both the facility and the training provider, and conduct audits on a quarterly basis to ensure correct usage and maintenance of the group fleet vehicles.
Planning of any activities taking place and ensuring the maximum use of the facility. Monthly co-ordination of input into the monthly balance scorecard and executive reports.
Ideally you will be a self motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and sometimes to tight deadlines. You will possess excellent communication skills, be well organised and have a good eye for attention to detail. Previous Automotive Training and or Project management experience would also be a distinct advantage for this role. PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint would also be an advantage.
