The Consultants we’re looking for
The ideal candidates will have an Automotive Consulting, Field Manager and/or General Sales Manager background and be able to objectively demonstrate a proven ability to improve dealer used car performance and deliver best in class advice and support to retailers including but not limited to the following elements:
Target Setting, Stock Profiling, Used Vehicle Funding, Appraisal and Valuation, Pricing,
Reconditioning, Stock Presentation, Stock Management, Used Car Marketing,
Digital Marketing, Sales Process Training, Finance and Insurance
We aim to offer both full-time and flexible day assignments on a nation-wide basis, although we are particularly looking to hear from candidates who would have easy access to the North West area including Greater Manchester.
These are fascinating dealer outlet facing positions which will require a structured approach analysing all aspects of used car department operations and financial performance.
The ability to clearly communicate at all levels, create deliverable action plans and motivate employees to embrace change are key factors within these roles.
