OTE £35k + car & package
Summary: Our client is one of the largest Nissan Car Dealer Groups in the UK with 12 established and successful dealerships nationwide from Southampton to Manchester. Due to ongoing success, expansion and our clients focus on customer satisfaction they now require an additional Specialist Sales Executive to join their very successful Used sales team at their outstanding dealership in Oxford, located within Oxford Motor Park this dealership offers a fantastic working environment with unrivalled earning potential and prospects for the right candidates.
The Role: Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and driven individual with exceptional customer service and sales skills to join their Oxford dealership as a Used Sales Executive. You will need to be positive and enthusiastic with great communication skills. You will have a proven track record of success in automotive sales preferably from within a main Dealer Group. You will be able to work effectively as an individual whilst achieving both your personal target of 15-20 used cars per month and your team target of 50 to 70, used sales per month. Industry leading product and manufacturer training will be provided but you need to posses the drive and hunger for success that all successful sales executives posses. The role will require commitment as this is a target driven environment and working weekends are necessary. Days off will be taken between Monday and Friday.
