A rare opportunity has arisen within our client’s Customer Marketing Area for a first rate sales professional to lead & manage an already successful sales team.
Our client is part of Europe’s largest dealer Dealer Group with over 300 dealerships in the UK alone.
Success, as they say, breeds success…this is certainly true at our client’s Ford Dealership in Preston – one of the North West’s most respected and successful dealerships.
The role will be to lead the largest used car sales department in the North West, currently generating significant sales volumes and will require the individual to have the tenacity and drive to achieve beyond even these levels. As you would expect our client is seeking only the best, so your skills will need to be highly tuned to the elements of a fast moving used car sales team with particular emphasis on vehicle stock control and maintenance of robust process, whilst achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Naturally our client will be looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in leading a used car team along with having an obsession to maximize every sales opportunity to the full and to transmit this enthusiasm to their team.
