We provide support services to the retail motor industry and ABI (Association of British Insurers) approved car hire on credit to motorists involved in non-fault accidents. Operating a fleet of almost 5,000 executive and prestige vehicles to cater for customers of franchised dealers and insurers representing, amongst others, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar.

Operations Director
Six figure OTE - Company Car, Pension, BUPA, and Life Assurance
Based: Coleshill, Birmingham

This is a challenging role within Operations managing Internal Sales, On-Hires and Admin. You will motivate, drive and lead several large teams to maximise business opportunities in line with defined business goals and objectives. Delivering a high quality, responsive and consistent telephone based service to existing and potential clients.

The successful candidate will have proven Sales and Process Management experience within a responsive business. Ability to organise, effectively prioritise, take the initiative and remain level-headed. Excellent analytical skills, including strong Excel skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have a minimum of 5 years automotive experience, excellent customer service and process skills and technology expertise an advantage. Display enthusiasm and passion to succeed.

Regional Development Manager
£62k OTE – Company Car, Pension, BUPA, and Life Assurance
Field Based

You will effectively manage a team of Business Development Executives to deliver the highest level of service to meet and exceed targets through development of existing relationships.

Managing individual development plans for each account, identifying trends and agreeing a strategy to achieve agreed goals.

The successful candidate will have proven business development experience and a commercial awareness, ideally within the motor trade industry. Experience managing and motivating a remote team to deliver revenue targets is essential.

Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact at all levels. Good organisational skills, the ability to plan and manage team and tasks effectively to deliver objectives.
