As an Instructional Designer you will have strong research, analytical and communication skills.
You will have previous experience of developing/designing course material within the automotive sector and be fully conversant with all aspects of training needs analysis and evaluation. It would be essential for the successful candidate to be able to manage multiple projects with challenging timelines in this progressive team.
The preferred candidate will have a Certificate in Training Practise or equivalent qualification and a working knowledge of the Automotive Retail Management Standards would be an advantage. This role will office-based at Marlow, Bucks.
People Development Consultants
As a People Development Consultant you will play a key role in supporting Volkswagen retailers in developing and implementing clear People Development strategies for their teams. Candidates will need to have excellent coaching, mentoring and developing skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels within the business. You will have the ability to develop excellent relationships with each individual business and be able to demonstrate how you add value. It will be essential for candidates to work autonomously with minimal supervision within a field-based environment. These field-based roles will be based in East Anglia, the South West and North West regions.

As a training consultant you will be a dynamic and high performing individual with the ability to credibly deliver a variety of programmes using innovative learning and development techniques. Your approach will pragmatically support the achievement of business improvements through enhancing individual performance. You will also be able to manage and prioritise your workload in this fast paced and challenging role.
A certificate in training practise or equivalent qualification and a working knowledge of the automotive retail management standards would be an advantage.
