General Managers
All areas of the UK and Scotland
Leading a highly trained team and using the latest technology in the industry you will be responsible for providing an exceptional service and the highest standard of repairs. Ideal candidates will be experienced Bodyshop Managers with 5-6 years experience. Providing support of the General Manager, these positions would suit Bodyshop Managers with 3-5 years experience. Operations Managers
OTE £50k + Quality Company Car & Private Health
Supporting General Managers in the day to day running of their business, Operations Managers are part of a small central team reporting to the Head of Operations. This role will involve being based at a number of sites throughout the year, whether they be acquisitions or existing businesses, which are going through a period of change. Requiring an excellent knowledge of Nationwides processes, procedures and policies the role will require an intensive 3 month induction period. This position will ideally suit someone who enjoys the challenge of implementing change and has the enthusiasm and drive to push the business forward. Naturally, in this role candidates must anticipate spending some periods away from their home base.
