Oxford Automotive Group are a specialist automotive intelligence and resource company based in Oxfordshire undertaking projects for major vehicle manufacturers and suppliers to the automotive industry. We currently have the following vacancies, which will involve working on full-time projects for prestige vehicle manufacturers.

Dealer Standards Auditors (£35,000p.a. + Car)
Two Auditors are required to undertake dealer standards assessments in the disciplines of vehicle sales, service and parts. Applicants must be familiar with the EU Block Exemption Regulation and will have an in-depth knowledge of dealer processes, especially in aftersales. The roles will involve undertaking consistent and professional on-site audits, and agreeing structured upgrade plans with dealers where necessary.

Successful candidates will be self-motivated, excellent communicators and possess strong analytical skills. The two vacancies are for auditors in the M62 corridor and Wales/West of England.

BER Process Analyst (£25,000p.a.)
An analyst is required to coordinate the activity of the Dealer Standards Auditors for a prestige vehicle manufacturer based in Milton Keynes. Working as a key member of the manufacturer’s team, the role will involve responsibility for dealer standards and the audit process. The Analyst will be required to collate audit schedules and results and present to senior management.

Successful candidates must be familiar with the EU Block Exemption Regulation and will have excellent communication and analytical skills.

Bodyshop Standards Auditor (£32,000p.a. + Car)
An Auditor is required to undertake bodyshop standards assessments for several prestige vehicle manufacturers. The role will include working with bodyshop managers to develop business improvement plans to ensure compliance. Applicants must have experience of bodyshop operations and be able to identify quality repair processes. This is a field-based role and the successful candidate will be based on the South Midlands/South East area.
