You will be responsible for the profitability of your region through leading, motivating, coaching and supporting your sales team. Candidates must have: proven management experience in a sales environment; excellent communication and negotiation skills; and a track record of high achievement.

Working closely with the Account Management teams and their dealers, you will assist in the training and development of dealership personnel to maximise F&I opportunities. Candidates will have a background in F&I / motor finance and a proven ability to improve performance through the development and coaching of others.
