REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER X 2
Field Based - 1 Midlands/South East, 1 East (Nottingham to Barnsley)

Acting as the primary interface between Kia Motors (UK) Ltd and its current and future network across all areas of the dealers’ business, you will be responsible for managing a geographically defined region and accounting for your performance in meeting objectively measurable business performance criteria within that region. You will need to have extensive knowledge and understanding of the retail motor industry, including understanding and experience of franchising issues. You will have experience of network management and development, and well developed negotiation and inter-personal skills. This role may also suit a Dealer Principal or General Manager currently running a franchised dealership.

FRANCHISE EXECUTIVE (fixed term contract)

Your primary responsibility within this role will be to increase and improve KMUK dealer representation. You will follow up immediately on any franchise enquiries that are received at head office, carry out dealer prospecting in key strategic territories and negotiate with prospect dealers to acquire Kia franchise. You will have a high level of general education, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to communicate at senior dealer level. A working knowledge of a franchised network is essential.

TECHNICAL COORDINATOR
Head Office - Weybridge, Surrey

Working in our After Sales department, your responsibilities will include processing and managing warranty prior work authorisations for our dealer network, developing and maintaining technical documentation and assisting in resolving dealer technical concerns. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of brand values and assisting in developing and improving technical standards within the Kia dealer network. You will have Motor Vehicle Technician qualifications, excellent communication skills, a good working knowledge of vehicle technologies and warranty systems, and be a good administrator and team player.

PRODUCTION PLANNING MANAGER
Head Office - Weybridge, Surrey
c£30-35k (plus car scheme option & excellent benefits package)
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Management, you will be responsible for optimising KMUK new and used vehicle procurement scheduling via management of the monthly new car forecast and order cycle, and used vehicle returns schedule. You will be required to incorporate detailed sales performance and customer and dealer demand trends to ensure forecast volume and mix represents the highest accuracy achievable. You will have extensive knowledge and understanding of all major channels of the UK Automotive market and a high level of dealer network planning and development experience.

COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Head Office - Weybridge, Surrey
Up to £35k (plus car scheme option & excellent benefits package)

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Programmes, you will ensure, through reference to operational and market intelligence, and by provision of intelligence to KMUK stakeholders, that KMUK sales and marketing operational policy and campaigns are planned and executed for maximum return on investment across all sales channels. You will have extensive knowledge and understanding of all major channels of the UK Automotive market.

DEALER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Head Office - Weybridge, Surrey
c£30-40k (plus car scheme option & excellent benefits package)

You will be responsible for managing new dealer relationships with KMUK on a national basis, from viability completion to the end of the first quarter’s trading, ensuring dealer satisfaction with the appointment and go-live process. Communicating with confidence and credibility at DP/Dealer Board level on all areas of dealership assessment and operations, you will be a strong relationship builder and have a high level of familiarity with automotive processes, business management and distributor operations.
