As part of our expansion we are looking for:

Regional Manager - Midlands Field Based Role
Basic circa £30K + Car + Benefits

You will be responsible for a sales and account management team within a designated region. An exceptional professional and excellent communicator you will be required to identify and generate sales opportunities and source new business appointments both personally and through your team whilst managing key customer accounts on behalf of Mapfre Abraxas.

Previous experience within the automotive industry is desirable but the ability to negotiate at senior level, think outside the box, be target driven and motivate your team to achieve is essential.

Business Development Assistant - South East and Home Counties Field Based Role
Package commensurate with age and experience + Car + Benefits

You will be responsible for generating incremental business and providing customer satisfaction of existing accounts. You will achieve this through delivering training and support to our dealer customers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a consistent professional and enthusiastic approach.

Previous experience within the automotive industry is desirable but the ability to build business relationships and present product and software training is essential.

Field Sales Executives - Nationwide Field Based Role
Basic circa £16K + OTE + Car + Benefits

You must be a high achiever with a proven track record in prospecting for new business and building strong relationships with customers. You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and never-ending enthusiasm.

Although knowledge of the automotive industry is not necessary it is essential that you have experience of sourcing appointments and generating new business. Above all, you will be a confident, self motivated and be able to demonstrate the ability to represent our company in a professional manner at all times.
