A unique role has been newly created at Porsche Centre West London. This hybrid role offers the right candidate the chance to take on a wide variety of tasks and use all their skills to their best advantage.
This position requires a candidate with a professional attitude who will take pride in the brand and show this in their ability to provide the excellent level of customer service that Porsche clients expect.
Ensuring every new enquiry into the business is recorded by the appropriate person, you will play a crucial role in assisting every department retain and create new clients. Monitoring diaries and taking a proactive approach with staff, you will make sure that deadlines are met, all leads are recorded on our Contact advantage and Kerridge Autoline systems and that all tasks and reports are done in a timely and accurate fashion.
Working with marketing, you will produce data that can be used to enhance activity within the centre and actively co-ordinate events ensuring that every customer enjoys and appreciates their Porsche experience. This will include activities such as Porsche 24 hour driving experience.
You will be responsible for a team currently consisting of 7 people and will be responsible for ensuring adequate staff coverage from the team at all times with the right mix of knowledge base.
As this is the first time this role has been filled at Porsche, you will be a pioneer in driving your role forward and developing it to its best potential.

Sales Executive, Porsche Centre West London
Porsche Centre West London is looking for a Sales Executive to join their successful team. This dynamic position offers the right candidate a rare opportunity to work for this aspirational brand using their well developed sales skills to their full potential.
From your background in automotive sales you will consistently maximize sales opportunities from customer follow-up calls and prospecting activities. Taking pride in the Porsche brand, you will demonstrate vehicles and options to their full potential, in line with customer requirements. Having received a full introduction to the marque you will develop a full knowledge of the product range, which when combined with your proven interpersonal skills, will allow you to handle all customer queries in a professional and credible manner.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven sales background within automotive retail and may already have experience of working for a prestige brand. You must have a full driving license.
