The Role: An extremely high profile role leading, mentoring and coaching a field based team of regional managers to maximise all revenue streams (vehicles, parts and accessory sales) across a sizable region. You will act as the main conduit between senior management, the field team and the dealer network, and your success will be supported by your ability to engage with colleagues and partners at all levels of seniority as-well-as sound commercial acumen and high personal standards.

You will be involved in analysis and communications to influence key factors affecting leasing rates and, in addition, manage negotiations on specific deal opportunities.
You: You have a strong background in corporate sales and an understanding of leasing company pricing and how to influence their key decision makers and opinion formers. Additionally, you have excellent and proven account management skills.
