We are seeking the following individuals –

1. Vehicle & Finance Consultant – full time (42.5 hours per week)
2. Vehicle & Finance Consultant – part time (30-35 hours per week)

We will expect you to have a strong background of success in a high volume contact/call centre environment with a broad knowledge of alternative methods of customer communication such as social media, live chat, email etc. You will have strong listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to assess a customer and adjust communication style accordingly. Managing your time and competing priorities will be essential. You will need strong technical skills and computer knowledge including experience of all Microsoft Office programs (knowledge of Kerridge would be an advantage).
An understanding will be needed of all the things for which BMW is renowned: high standards, an obsession with quality and the commitment to not just meet, but exceed our customers’ expectations. In addition, you will need to be target driven, highly committed to success and have that crucial, but rare, balance between achieving business/personal objectives and high customer satisfaction ratings.
Experience of selling finance and associated products is an advantage but not essential for this role as full training will be provided. A broad knowledge of the motor trade is desirable with BMW product knowledge seen as a distinct advantage.

Hours of operation for the contact centre are 7 days per week from 7:30am - 8:15pm Monday – Friday, 8:45am - 6:15pm Saturday, and 9:45am – 4:15pm Sunday and bank holidays. You must have complete shift flexibility during these times.
