A vital source of technical expertise, you’ll design and develop a huge range of
commercial vehicles and onboard equipment.You’ll set in place an ongoing programme
of vehicle modifications, while managing contract suppliers and remaining abreast of
In regular liaison with customers and colleagues, you’ll
also ensure that all modifications reflect and meet the whole range of our client’s
operational, safety and security needs.
To make an impression, you’ll need to be an experienced, certified Engineer with a
relevant degree and a broad range of technical skills. Project and people management
skills are important too, as is experience of working with a large fleet. Knowledge of
road transport legislation will also prove a real asset, and you must be comfortable
contributing to operational strategy.
