This important role focuses on managing a team of field based Aftersales Specialists to address areas of retailer aftersales performance, as well as working closely with a head office based team to shape strategic initiatives that will drive aftersales performance in the future.
The candidate will need to deliver significant improvements for the Brand including improved network customer service, increased customer workshop visits to drive retail hours and parts/accessories sales, and effective delivery of manufacturer aftersales marketing programmes.
To be successful in this challenging role candidates need to possess the ability to lead, inspire, coach and influence others to achieve results, have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills and have an understanding of franchised dealer business practices and dealer aftersales processes.
