The candidates will need to develop and implement robust action plans for selected retailers, provide on-site coaching and performance development in areas including improving customer service and workshop capacity planning, and also support the delivery of manufacturer aftersales marketing programmes.
To be successful, candidates need to possess strong working knowledge of dealer aftersales processes, have the ability to inspire, coach and influence others to achieve results, and have excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Previous / current experience of working in a regional or national role, for a vehicle manufacturer and/or franchised dealer group would be an advantage.
