ttl automotive is a talented team of people that bring out the best in a business. We are a key service provider to Volkswagen Group UK and now have two exciting opportunities for experienced Sales Improvement Coaches to join us in this newly created team.

The Role

The main responsibility of the i-Coach’s role is to drive improvement in inbound telephone call handling skills within the Retailer network. The majority of your time will involve coaching and training retailer sales staff via a web-based portal using the latest video conferencing technology. There will also be some call critiquing work where you will listen to and assess the quality of the digital recordings of retail inbound customer enquiries to the Retailer.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Communication and Training; You will participate in the development and delivery of coaching sessions that will be delivered via a web-based portal. You will also develop effective behavioural change mechanisms
Retailer Team Buy-In; Agreeing and setting 'SMART’ performance improvement actions
Continual People and Business Development; Deliver performance improvement coaching using the telephone and the virtual classroom
Organisation; Plan coaching events and support the Project Manager in prioritising Retailer participation in the programme based on objective criteria
The aim is to ensure that all Retailers are engaged in gaining sustainable improvement in how inbound calls are handled in the sales environment, and levels of appointments and specific business outcomes achieved.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidates will possess a passion for helping other people improve their performance within the sales arena as well as possessing excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone. You will be an engaging individual who can inspire others to achieve results over the telephone and encourage sustainable behavioural change. Experience of utilising key performance indicators to continually monitor results and identify areas for improvement would be beneficial. Experience within the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.

The successful candidates will also be offered the opportunity to obtain an IMI certified accreditation in Coaching as part of a comprehensive performance development plan, which could ultimately lead to career progression within our expanding organisation.
