If youre looking for a company that develops and invests in its people, look no further than Toyota. We are the world's second largest automotive manufacturer, and are well on the way to achieving our ambition to win a 15% share of the global car market - which means that the opportunities for those joining us are brighter than ever before.

Our reputation has been built on the quality of Toyota and Lexus cars, allied to a total commitment to customer service. Part of this commitment is to deal efficiently with any claims under warranty, and it will be down to you to assess those claims within set guidelines. Liaising effectively with colleagues, youll ensure that all the information relevant to the claim is shared and understood by all parties.

A good technical understanding is important, so it would be beneficial if you had an automotive background, or some knowledge of warranties from another sector. Most of all though, you'll need an eye for detail, a professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.

In return, you can look forward to a superb rewards package that includes contributory pension scheme, BUPA, 25 days' holiday and a choice of car lease schemes.

To apply, please forward your CV, quoting ref 3086, to: Response Solutions, aia, 5 St Johns Lane, London EC1M 4BH. Fax: 0207608 3377. Email: response@aia.co.uk. Closing date: 24 February 2006
