A global automotive organisation requires a Warranty Project Co-ordinator to join the team based from the head office in Slough. Reporting to the Warranty Operations Manager, this is a project based for an individual who can act as the focal point for warranty business improvement throughout the European region, providing outstanding customer support & training to the warranty personnel community.
Main Responsibilities are:
Participate in planning and implementing business development strategies and initiatives
Maintain strong relationships with the responsible markets
Assisting with European Audit programme
Establish and deliver appropriate training activities for warranty staff
Management of the European warranty system
Act as key user representative in discussions in relation to and related systems
Business support for European warranty operations
Ad hoc warranty projects
Skills and experience required:
Highly motivated self-starter, numerate and committed to achieving efficiencies and best practices
High level of computer literacy (MS Office)
Good knowledge of warranty operations an advantage
Experience of car, motorcycle & power equipment business is beneficial
Strong interpersonal & presentation skills
Ability to work within a team as well as alone
Ability to negotiate sound business principles with all levels of management
Previous project experience would be beneficial
A genuine interest in working with people from a variety of organisations and cultures
Ability to deliver quality work under pressure
