The successful candidate will be of smart appearance, organised and professional with a 'can do' attitude as additional duties may be required.
A general knowledge of switchboard systems and basic computer skills are desirable.
Contractual working hours are:
Saturdays 9am - 5pm, Sundays 10am to 4pm
Main duties will include ensuring all calls, internal and external are answered swiftly and directed efficiently and effectively, maintain presence at the reception desk, ensuring all customer queries are dealt with efficiently.
Working effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
With a confident and positive approach, you will be educated to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent. The successful candidate must be self motivated and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as being flexible in their work. The candidate should be reliable and trustworthy and strive to exceed customer expectations.
