Here's what you can expect to be doing in the job.

  • Taking responsibility for the Workshop to maximise hours sold on a daily basis so that Service department targets are exceeded.
  • Supervising and coaching your team to improve Technician efficiencies and maximise up sell opportunities.
  • Creating a "right first time" attitude in the Workshop to improve the customer experience, so they return time and time again.
  • Ensuring approriate Citroen Aftersales Norms and Standards are achieved. Here's what you'll have to be able to do the job.
  • Good general standard of education, including a technical motor trade qualification.
  • Substantial technical experience and demonstrable exposure to customers, preferably within a Group environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to engage, motivate and coach both individuals and teams.
  • Good working knowledge of DMS (Kerridge, ideally) and Workshop efficiency application (preferably Timepro).
  • A process and best practice approach, along with a level head and a high degree of personal integrity.
  • Resilient, with a positive outlook, and a clear desire and personal motivation to exceed targets.
