At Harley-Davidson we have an immediate opportunity for a motor trade experienced Workshop Supervisor to manage our workshop and service reception. You will be responsible for the effective management of the workshop and customer greeting areas ensuring processes meet manufacturer guidelines, customer expectations and financial targets.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the allocation of work to a team of 3 technicians, one apprentice, service receptionist and auxiliary staff
Ensuring that the workshop and technicians are fully utilised and productive during operational hours .And all jobs are undertaken within the agreed time limits.
To manage the workshop warranty procedures and ensure manufacturer guidelines are being maintained.
Maintain accurate records for all jobs, Indentify staff training needs.
We are looking for a
Senior or master technician who is currently employed in the capacity of Workshop Foreman or Controller in a franchised car/bike dealership
Competent communicator with good Customer service skills
Organised with leadership skills and problem solver
