Suzuki GB PLC is the UK subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, which has built an enviable reputation at the leading edge of motorcycle design and technical innovation.
The list of products comprises a comprehensive range of on-road and off-road motorcycles from 50cc commuter scooters to the high performance GSX-R1000K5.
As a result of the company's continued success and expansion in the UK and its ongoing focus on improving customer satisfaction levels, an additional member of the field Aftersales team is to be appointed to cover the north of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and north Wales.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for all operational Service and Parts activities for around 45 dealers, ensuring that dealer profitability and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved.
Other key areas of responsibility include assisting dealers with technical staff development and advising on a wide range of technical issues.
Candidates must possess a current motorcycle licence and have a keen and active interest in motorcycling.
The ideal applicant will currently be performing a similar role for a passenger car manufacturer/importer or, alternatively, be employed in a vehicle dealership where Aftersales management experience has been gained in a professional and structured commercial environment.
