Ancaster has been confirmed as the fourth dealer group to take a slice of Fiat Auto UK's M25 territory, joining Glyn Hopkin, TFL Group and Desira Motor Company.
Fiat announced ended its five-year agreement with Pendragon by dividing the area into four sub-regions. Pendragon, which had 15 Fiat and nine Alfa Romeo dealerships, did not apply for any.
Ancaster took the South-east region after acquiring Pendragon's two Fiat and Alfa Romeo outlets in Catford, London, and Welling, Greater London. It intends to open a third site in Orpington, Kent.
East Anglia's Desira Motor Group purchased the Hayes and Southgate dealerships, giving it the west London region. TFL Group, trading as Italia Motor Company, took the three Surrey outlets in Croydon, Chertsey and Epsom.
Glyn Hopkin, the first group to be appointed, acquired Pendragon's Woodford and Romford outlets in the summer.
