Honda (UK) is to open its first 'brand centre' in the autumn, selling cars, motorcycles and power equipment products.

The flagship retail site, designed to reflect the corporate policy of 'no inconvenience to the customer' is being built at the company's former headquarters, Power Road, Chiswick.

Although owned by Honda, the brand centre will be run on behalf of the company by an independent business principal. Further details are not available at this time; they will be announced nearer to the opening of the site.

"The brand centre will provide a unique and exciting experience for customers," said Honda (UK) managing director, Ken Keir.

"They will be able to see and interact with the complete Honda product range in a location that will have to be seen to be believed. The centre will provide us with an opportunity to build a stronger relationship with our customers – and to better serve their needs. It's a fantastic opportunity," he added.

Honda (UK) now operates from Honda Motor Europe's new headquarters at Langley in Berkshire.
