Two specialist Block Exemption workshops have been announced at this year’s AM/NFDA Franchised Dealer Conference.

Specialists from TLT Solicitors, including partner Miles Trower, will be exploring the key changes that will affect dealers and how best to prepare for 2013.

The first workshop details current market developments with the influence of new network agreements, the importance of joint working groups, code of conduct & terminations.

The second will focus on the future post Block Exemption, implications for the dealers looking to buy and sell dealerships, risks and opportunities pre-2013 and due diligence.

The AM/NFDA Franchised Dealer Conference will be taking place on June 16 at the Chesford Grange Hotel, near Warwick.
