Luscombe buys every customer a lottery ticket

Luscombe Suzuki Leeds celebrated its awards successes in 2012 by buying each of its customers since 2010 a lottery ticket.

And one customer scooped a little more than a few pounds. Patricia Carruthers matched five numbers and won £1,666.

Owner Robin Luscombe said: “At Luscombe Suzuki Leeds we pride ourselves on offering the very best service, care and support to all our customers and we are delighted that one of our customers has been able to share in our success.

In 2012 Luscombe was recognised as the most successful Suzuki dealer in the UK, won various brand awards and an Automotive Management  award for the second year running.

Carruthers said: “I could not believe my good fortune – Having enjoyed the most superb customer experience from start to finish at Luscombe Suzuki Leeds, this was just the icing on the cake! From buying my car to having it serviced and maintained, I have found the customer care at Luscombes to be second to none.”
