Fee includes pre-dinner drinks reception, 3-course dinner including cheese and port at your table, six bottles of wine of your choice from our selection, a magnum of chilled champagne on your table on arrival, prime central table position with unrestricted viewing to enable you to see and be seen, awards presentation and post-awards entertainment, copy of guest list and table plan 3 days prior to plan your networking activity.

Booking Conditions

Should you be unable to attend the dinner, substitute guests are always welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, if you confirm your cancellation in writing before 22nd March 2024, you will receive a prompt refund (less a 15% administration charge). We regret that no refunds can be made or invoices cancelled after this time and the full rate will be payable. Once we have received your booking we will send you a confirmation of your place(s).
