In all the years that I have had dealings with Car Car Plan, I have always found them to be prompt, efficient and helpful.

Just unfortunate that their systems crashed when they did on 3/4/24, which resulted in a 2nd visit to complete the repair.

I think the procedure you think people in situations whilst away with children etc to take photos before en mess around .if aa recovery man says carnt be repaired en arranges to be recovered en replace en not repaired you think people like getting stung ,skegness 104pds for tyre in barnsley 70pds fitted etc .you want peoples cash en try everything not to payout

Very easy no problem car repair, warranty taken with car purchase within 2 months of purchase had a small issue with car, my garage of choice completed the repair and car care plan sorted the repair cost with then, completely hassle free, will definitely renew when policy due for renewal. Thank you

Easy to deal with, paid for repair my self and claimed the money back but was a little disappointed that it took nearly 2 weeks to get reimbursed in this day and age.Overall no problems so not quite 5 stars

No wonder its a nightmare trying to find a garage to do any warranty work.

Recently I purchased a car from Trust Ford, and was offered alloy wheel protection with Car Care Plan. I’ve never used it before and was uncertain whether to purchase but did go ahead.
As luck would have it my wheel did rub against a kerb and a diamond cut alloy was damaged.
Booking the repair through Car Car Plan was quick and easy.
A few days later Ian from Car Care Plan arrived at my house to repair the damage. I was amazed at how good the repair was, the alloy is now as good as new. Ian was friendly, professional and competent. Great job!
Without question this insurance was great value for money. Highly recommended.

I have tyre insurance for my car and my tyre blew on the way to work. I called car care plan to be told they had no tyres available until tomorrow so I had an emergency budget tyre fitted by a mobile repair company. I booked the car into bmw to have the budget tyre replaced with my normal tyre to be told that because I didn’t keep the old tyre, I couldn’t use my insurance to replace the budget tyre even though this was never explained to me on the phone.
