In just two days our trainers (all automotive industry specialists) teach sales and/or service teams how to conduct effective, professional and targeted customer phone calls that secure genuine appointments. Via group and one-to-one sessions, we ensure delegates have the skills and confidence to achieve the specific prospecting task at hand and then put this to the test with two 2-hour customer calling sessions.
Our results speak for themselves. We now work with 98% of the UK’s automotive brands and in 2016 we successfully delivered over 1000 prospecting events in the UK, Europe, US and Africa - selling over 15,000 incremental units spanning a multitude of manufacturers, dealer groups and franchises.
Our average conversion ratio from appointment to sale is now 53% and - because we embed learning within the dealerships - we leave a long-term training legacy as well as an immediate sales injection.
