One of Harratts Group’s dealerships has won the Trading Standards Excellence Award for the fifth year running.
Harratts Volvo Wakefield, based in Barnsley Road, Wakefield has been operating for more than 25 years and won the award in recognition of its outstanding customer service.
Gareth Bottomley, dealer principal at Harratts Volvo Wakefield, said: “To win this award for the previous four years was accolade enough, but to win five years running is a fantastic endorsement of the quality of our customer care and our ability to deal with any potential issues, should they occur.”
Harratts is one of 50 out of 500 dealerships in the West Yorkshire region to receive the award each year.
