Hyundai UK has partnered with Cobra UK to supply a range of reversing sensors and cruise control accessories for its model range.

All new Hyundai models will feature Cobra’s flush mounted front and rear parking sensor systems as an accessory option.

The front systems feature speed related activation and deactivation, only activating from speeds of 5mph when speed is decreasing, and activating from ignition up to 10mph when driving off.

The new i40 and new generation i30 already feature the Cobra parking sensor systems fitted at the factory.

In line with Hyundai Motor’s decision globally to factory fit Cobra parking sensor systems, Hyundai is now also offering this equipment to its UK dealers and customers.

After charging through the sales charts for the past few years, Hyundai seems to be pausing for breath.

The question is whether the future will see resume its meteoric rise or whether sales will plateau or even fall back.

New models such as the i30, i40 and Veloster will provide critical sales collateral to maintaining growth, while an army of new Hyundai buyers will be key to driving dealership profit as their vehicles reach their service intervals.
