Andrew McMillan, former head of customer service at the John Lewis Partnership will make a keynote presentation at this years' AM/NFDA Franchised Dealer Conference at the Chesford Grange Hotel in Kenilworth on June 14.
Following unprecedented demand to hear him speak at the last conference, AM has asked him to return.
He'll continue his presentation theme from last year starting with a brief reminder of the importance of customer experience. He will then go on to examine in greater detail definition and leadership; the two most important requirements of delivering and maintaining a great customer experience.
McMillan will also share some more stories from John Lewis to reiterate why it is considered a leader in customer service built upon loyalty and trust.
