Ridgeway Group has expanded its Skoda representation for the second time this year with the acquisition of PJA Trading, which trades as Parkview.
It has a single site in Reading.
The acquisition means Ridgeway has three Skoda dealerships.
In May it bought a stand-alone business in Newbury, ran by Whitequay Limited before it went into administration in January.
Ridgeway represents Volkswagen and Audi, as well as other German brands BMW, Mini, Smart and Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar and Land Rover.
The new business will be known as Ridgeway Skoda Reading.
