Conditional contracts have been exchanged to develop a new 30,000 sq ft car dealership in Exeter.
The site will house a Volkswagen showroom on Matford Green Business Park and a detailed planning application has been submitted.
Once planning consent is secured, the showroom will be located at the entrance to Matford Green and would sit opposite Jaguar and BMW showrooms.
The building will be the first on the park where planning consent exists for up to 500,000 sq ft of employment space and 30,000 sq ft for a pub, restaurant and retail facilities.
Exeter property consultants Alder King and Jones Lang LaSalle acted for the landowner. Colliers International advised the tenant.
Inchcape Retail current operates Exeter's Volkswagen dealership at Trusham Road.
