Auction group Aston Barclay has secured a solus deal to handle the disposal and remarketing requirements of Chapelhouse Motor Group.

The Merseyside-based multi-franchise group will use Aston Barclay’s Prees Heath centre in Shropshire.

Chapelhouse will be the first seller to take advantage of Aston Barclay’s new Mobile Valuation Tool, enabling Chapelhouse branches to access damage adjusted valuations and allocate vehicles to the auction centre.

Aston Barclay’s business development director Craig Welborn said: “With new services such as the Valuation Tool we are confident that Prees Heath will outperform any auction centre in the UK.”

Chris Layton, group operations manager at Chapelhouse, added: “Our performance for both new and used car retail sales has produced a significant growth of over 28% year on year.

“It is important our remarketing partner can manage the increased volume and deliver industry leading results.”

Chapelhouse Group will be offering vehicles every Thursday in the Dealer Group Sale starting at 5pm.
