Gordon Lamb Group has bought the property on which its Derby Skoda franchise has operated for the past two years.
After leasing the Nottingham Road, Spondon, site, it acquired the premises, which used to operate as Clock Garage with Skoda and Suzuki franchises prior to the Skoda franchise being acquired by Gordon Lamb in 2012.
Clock Garage's part of the property became vacant after the business– which had been trading for almost 50 years – went into voluntary liquidation last year.
