Scunthorpe motor dealer Hartwell Ford has received approval from North Lincolnshire Council to make improvements to its forecourt.
This includes the demolition of the former Bartle print works office neighbouring it on Station Road.
Planners have approved an application to knock down the former office building and change the use of land to parking associated with the existing car sales showroom, plus the enclosure of the car wash.
New lighting columns and fencing are also included in the scheme.
The approved plans show additional parking for visitors' cars and vehicles that are being serviced, while the front of the site has a new layout for displaying used cars.
