Two years since it entered the DMS market, classified brand Exchange and Mart, is adding new features to its system.

Due to be launched in the next couple of months is a ‘missed calls’ function, which alerts a dealer when they have missed a call from a prospective customer and a ‘call listening’ facility to help dealerships review and improve the sales process.

Video uploads are also coming, to assist dealers in promoting cars for sale, in addition to photos.

The Exchange & Mart Trade Portal has seen a 300% growth in dealership sign-ups in 12 months.
