Marshall Motor Group has extended its deal with Accident Exchange equipping 103 dealerships with accident management services.

As a continuation of their 11-year relationship Marshall and Accident Exchange have entered into a three-year deal.

Following the acquisition of the Ridgeway Group last year, the company has an additional 30 dealerships representing 25 different brands – totalling to 103 under the Marshall Motor Group umbrella.

Accident Exchange will handle customer claims following an accident and organise vehicle repairs and like-for-like replacements. Marshall benefits from Accident Exchange’s first notification of loss ‘hot key’ service, which connects the customer to the accident management team at the touch of a button.

Daksh Gupta, Marshall Motor Group's chief executive, said: “Customer service is the key to good business, and Accident Exchange has helped us deliver outstanding care for over a decade by helping customers during the most stressful part of car ownership.”
