AM’s research into the UK’s independent car dealer sector has shown that the top 50 used car dealers have almost doubled their aggregated sales since 2011.
The ID50 now bring in total annual revenues of £3.38 billion, compared with £2.73bn in 2013 and just £1.77bn in 2011.
The research comes as AM launches a bespoke home on AM-online for the independent used car retailer sector, with insights into the ID50 and profiles of major dealers in the UK’s second-hand car market as well as news from the sector.
