Staff at Vospers’ multi-franchise facility in Plymouth are trying to establish what items were stolen after thieves ransacked offices in an overnight raid.

Police are reviewing CCTV footage from the site, on Marsh Mills Retail Park, which was targeted by thieves at some time between the night of January 26 and the morning of January 27, according to the Plymouth Herald.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police were called to Marsh Mills Retail Park at 7.15am this morning.

"Entry was gained and the workshop was ransacked. A hurried search of the workshop appears to have been made and there is lots of damage as a result."

At least one vehicle was stolen in the raid, according to the Herald.

A spokesman for Vospers told the newspaper that staff at the site were currently trying to identify what may have been stolen in the raid and were also contacting customers to reschedule appointments.

The spokesman added: “We are having to close our service department for today. We want to make sure of what has been taken and start getting things replaced."
