Yeomans Honda has received “positive feedback” on its new customer-focussed showroom after a new site layout alleviated parking issues at its Littlehampton dealership.
Previously, customers “struggled” to view cars on offer and had to rely on surrounding residential areas for parking, but the new layout's eight-car customer car park and a showroom that allows the full range of previously owned Hondas “space to shine” has transformed the facility.
Yeomans Honda Littlehampton’s general sales manager, James Thompson, said: “I have recently moved from our site in Bognor Regis and learned pretty quickly that there was an issue with space and accessibility in the area around the showroom.
"We’re dedicated to giving our customers the very best experience possible when they visit us and the improvements we’ve made to the external area is very much part of this.
“Feedback from customers so far has been extremely positive and we feel we’re showcasing our used cars in a much better way.
"We look forward to welcoming more customers in the coming months and improving their experience at Yeomans Honda.”
